Shipping Information

At BeautyStoresUK, we currently ship orders within the United Kingdom only. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail, ensuring reliable and timely delivery.

Dispatch Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
Delivery Time: Most customers receive their orders within 2 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch.
Flat Shipping Rate: A flat fee of £3.99 is applied to all orders, regardless of size or weight.

Please note: We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Returns Policy

If you have changed your mind

You can cancel your order and return it for a refund. You have 14 days from the day after your order arrives to tell us you want to cancel, and a further 14 days to send the item back.

You may open the packaging and inspect the item as you would in a shop. If it has been used beyond that, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.

We will refund the price of the item and the standard delivery charge you paid. Return postage is at your own cost. We recommend a tracked service, because the item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Our 30 day goodwill window

After the 14 day cancellation period we still accept returns for up to 30 days from delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. In that case we refund the price of the item. The original delivery charge and the return postage are not refunded.

If something is wrong with the item

If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or if we sent you the wrong thing, you are entitled to more than the above and there is no 30 day limit.

Within 30 days of delivery you can ask for a full refund or a replacement, whichever you prefer.
After 30 days and within six months we will repair or replace it. If that does not put things right, we will refund you.

We pay the return postage in all of these cases and will send you a prepaid Royal Mail label.

Some items also carry a manufacturer warranty that runs longer than this. We will tell you if that applies to yours.

Refunds

We process refunds within 3 business days of the returned item reaching us, and always within 14 days. Your bank or payment provider may take a further 5 to 10 business days to show the money in your account.

How to start a return

Email support@beautystoresuk.com with your order number and the item or items you want to return, or use our contact form. We will reply with return instructions, and a prepaid label where one applies.
